2024 was a year of economic uncertainty. Many Americans feared the 2024 election results would be, thus stalling many customers from committing to building plans. Interest rates averaged 6.7%, which in turn deterred customers from building.

1) Ag: Rick Meyer

A 54' x 96' x 15 multi-purpose airplane hanger and farm shop located in Scott County, Iowa. It features an interior ceiling and wall liner package. Plus, it has a 24’ x 14’ and 48’ x 14’ hydraulic door!

2) Commercial: New Holland Union Hill 

This 80’ x 172’ x 20’ commercial post-frame building features a royal blue and white color scheme with a blue mansard and 36” designer wall. It is located in Union Hill, IL, and houses implement parts sales, shop, and wash bay.

3) Suburban: Backyard Barn

Everyone loves a good pole barn hobby shop in their backyard! This one matches the owner’s home and measures 42' x 64' x 10', the perfect size for storing your lawn mower, working out, and entertainment space.

4) Repair: Walker Tire & Exhaust

After a storm damaged this post-frame tire and exhaust shop, FBi Buildings repaired the sidewall and roof from the damage. Plus, added steel interior wall and ceiling liner.

5) Repair & Renovation: Mary Gessford

From old and rusty to sleek and modern, this Fayette County pole barn was transformed by FBi Buildings. First, they added 30' x 16' x 16' plus an 8' x 40' x 8' porch. Next, they resided and re-roofed the existing building. New walk doors were installed, as were sliding doors and hardware, and a sliding door was replaced with an overhead door.
